I purchased a Olevia TV on 01/27/2008. I put the TV in layaway because I
really wanted

to buy the TV so I did. then I got the TV out about
the end of march because I was in the process of moving I did not want to
open the

TV until I moved. anyway I never moved so I put the
TV up to watch my TV I gave away my old TV. than one day I went to
turn on my new

TV and the volume did not work at all when I
purchased the TV I brought 2 years more of a warrant just to make sure if
anything happen to the TV it will have

coverage. but now I have a problem when I took the
TV back to Kmart they tell me that the TV is still under warrant. and
I need to take it to olevia

so I called olevia about the TV and they tell me to
fax over my receipt so I did that. then they tell me that the receipt I
sent did not have a Kmart logo

on it to tell I brought it from Kmart. so I tell
them that I could not find the original receipt but when I brought the TV I paid
with my debit card. so they tell me

to send them the statement so they can see the same
date on my statement saying I purchased the TV. I never knew that buying a TV
will be so frustrating

I would have left the TV there at the store If I
felt that your products is not doing what they suppose to do by there warrant. I
also gave them Kmart number to talk to the manager over there named donna that
help me far as giving me another receipt so I can send the TV back. I really
feel that I will never get anything resolve

in this matter regarding my TV. I am going to give
olevia the statement they ask for but I don't think it will stop there because I
keep getting the run around

and I could have went to best buy to purchased my
TV. but I love shopping at Kmart so I brought it there never again will I buy
anything else from olevia

because they don't stand behind there product and
if I don't get anything I will let all my friend and family know that your
product is bad.
