Scammed me
I had just moved to Tampa the day before, and was outside in a parking lot when 2 white males yelled out to me in a white van that they had some discount speakers to sell to me. The one showed me the Olin Ross catalog and $2495 MSRP for the Olin Ross OR860 surround sound system. They offered to sell it to me for $1000. I thought about it for a while and was hesitant because it seemed extremely shady as if the speakers were stolen. They told me that they were speaker installers and that they came across an extra one, and that if they brought it back to the warehouse, their boss would pocket the extra money. I have read several identical stories so I know this company is a complete scam and they are going across the country, at least the Southeast, as I read a whole list of stories occurring in Louisiana. The one guy's name I talked to was Travis and I have his cell phone number. I called him a few times after and he never picked up, big surprise. He had some loud music playing for 2 minutes as his voicemail recording, very unprofessional. I fell for it and paid $1000 for the so-called '$2495 speakers' and was just about to install them, when I looked up some information on them and saw that I was obviously scammed. We need to find these guys and report this company, and I am extremely adamant about getting my $1000 back from these scam artists. Please help.

Scam!
Today two men in a green chrysler van waved me and two friends down in a parking lot. He said he had some extra speakers that were already paid for and that he would love to give them to a hard working college student like us. He then gave us the whole speel about the web site, the invoice, the cost($2495.00) and offered them to us for $300.
Luckily while he was saying all this I googled it on my phone and found this happening all over the nation. I told my friends we had to leave, the guys got incredibly nasty and we left. WATCH out!
