I have experienced this same error for the third visit at the Olive Garden.
I ordered pepperoni pizza with 4 times pepperoni and when I received it
on 6/12/11 16:20:05 I received it without tomato sauce on the pizza. This is my third experience of this incident. I spoke to the manager on duty she stated, " We don't put tomato sauce on the pizza". I informed her that when I had this same thing happen to me the previous manager's statement was "oh what's a pizza without tomato sauce?" " We fix this right away and they did and they did not charge me for it. But this visit the manager took the pizza back and stated, "We'll make you another one with more sauce". Which never existed. When I received it, it was made without extra pepperoni on it. So she said, " would you like me to have them make you another one?" I said yes. When I received it for the second time it did not have the extra pepperoni, so she took it back and had them do all over again. Mind you that I was there with my children and my grandchildren and two friends to celebrate my daughter in laws birthday. They had been served and had eaten their meals while I was still waiting to be served. My son had got off from work at 8:00 a.m. and played at our church at 11:00 service when it was over we chose your restaurant to celebrate her birthday he was tired and wanted to go home to sleep and we also had a 1month and 1/2 old baby, and a 5 year old with us as a party of 5 adults. The third time the manager bought out the pizza it was burnt around the edges of the crust. She asked me, " with a smirk attitude, "is this ok for you?" I answered I guess so but you see that it's burnt. She did not respond. She said, " I want to make sure you get what you ordered", At this point my appetite was ruined. My hold evening was ruined I could not even enjoy the burnt pizza. If you would like to see a picture of the pizza I can give you a copy of it for I did take a picture of it. When I thought about her saying well you don't have to pay for it. I felt like I had been taken because I came home with a burnt pizza. I know that she would not serve that to her family member or choose to eat that way for herself. I eat here often and as I said this is the third time this has happened to me at this location but the previous managers were apologetic and made me feel that it was a honest mistake. But this manager was doing whatever it took to get me out the door without paying but not satisfied. It is now 10:50 p.m. and I have to go to work but I could not rest because I feel that I have not been treated fairly and there was no apology give for the mistake. All she wanted me to do is leave. So the bottom line was I was sent home with a burnt pizza and all I can remember the manager saying, "Is this ok for you?' At this point my son was trying to get his wife home for a birthday gathering at his home and want to take a nap before they arrived. So I had no choice but to leave when I did. Please help me out, I am feeling very hurt and I don't want to stop going to this Olive Garden. But I could not sleep without getting this off my chest. Our table # was 71, Roxana, D was our waitress, our Id# 9214 95353 0736, the manager's name was Andras Plasztan.
If I have to go another source for satisfaction I will because I feel that I have been violated of my rights.
