Last spring of 2009 Oliver Builders hired me, an architect, to design a church class room. I did the job and they've owed me $4, 000 since June of that same years. At first I was told they didn't have the money and now they just don't bother answering the phone when I call. this is a warning to anyone who does business with this company.
