Construction company won't pay it's debts

I am an architect and I was hired by Oliver Builders to design a church class room. I did my job and the company won't pay me the $4, 000 that they owe me. At first they told me over the phone that they didn't have the money and now they don't answer the phone when I call. This is a warning to anyone who wants to do business with them.

Construction

Last spring of 2009 Oliver Builders hired me, an architect, to design a church class room. I did the job and they've owed me $4, 000 since June of that same years. At first I was told they didn't have the money and now they just don't bother answering the phone when I call. this is a warning to anyone who does business with this company.
