I went online in order to buy a dirt bike for my son
I made contact with Olson Power Sports who offered a dirt bike DB-34 a total of $800US in price.
I live in the Cayman Islands so i wanted the bike shipping to my freight forwarder in Miami FL.
I sent a wire transfer to their bank and received a receipt to confirm my order. a week passed and i heard nothing about when the bike would ship. I sent numerous emails and finally received an email reply from Brandon Olson who stated the bike shipped that day which was a friday. I replied and asked for a tracking number and their company which they use for freight. I was then informed the bike had not shipped. I asked numerous times when the bike is going to ship to no avail. I give them a final email which indicated I wanted a refund if they did not confirm the bike was on its way date 12th December 2010.
I sent emails on 13th December indicating if you do not respond i will report your activities to the Royal Cayman Islands Police who will get in touch with the FBI; I also informed them i was going to inform people i know through facebook in the xtreme sports world about this company, same was done on Twitter.
Brandon Olson sent me an email indicating the Attorney General in Texas had frozen the companies assets and it was their fault he could not fill my order. I responded and informed him he needs to look at his ethics of doing business and admit he has a problem then he may well solve it.
This company/companies and its owner need to be prosecuted he and his associates are committing wide
spread Fraud/Theft.
This company is already probably trading under a new name which should be investigated and stopped.
I want to get a full refund of my money and get compensation for the time and money i have spent on emails and phone calls to these fraudulent people .
Sincerely
Stephen Myers
