I just opened an account with this company about 5 hours ago. Spent three hours uploading files, only to find only two small files actually appear there. I tried calling the nonexistent customer service, but no one answers. I even tried calling as a new customer just to see if someone would answer the call, but no luck. Seems like maybe they just have an answering machine running a loop, and hope you get tired of waiting. I waited on hold for 37 minutes before getting disconnected. On the bright side, if you payed with a credit card and are not happy, call the credit card company. They will try calling the customer service line as I have tried. If they cannot get someone to respond to your complaint, they will credit your account.
