Ive made several calls to see the car I wanted to reserve, no such luck the car was available but not to be seen so if I wanted to rent Id have to wait somewhere while he struggles to find the car.

Jason Ijadi is the worse when it comes to customer service, on the last phone call he had me hold listening while he was discussing bird crap on some car with a car washer, instead of concluding a call with me to take care of whatever.
