I placed an order for an Olympus Stylus 1010 Digital Camera In Blue W/ Professional Package from ONTimeDigital.com. The email receipt showed a total sale price of $334.98. Thirty minutes later I received a phone call advising certain options were not available ant there would be additional charges. My credit card was billed $458.62 by MEGA WHOLESALE BROOKLYN NY.
I called back at 4:45EST to cancel order I was told the order had been ship and UPS picked up at 4:30 EST. I would have to send back and pay 15% restock charge. The UPS tracking shows the package was picked up at at 6:50 EST. I refused delivery.
I received a phone call asking me what I wanted to do about the camera. I said I wanted my card credited for the purchase. I was told I would have to file out a form and there would be a %15 restocking fee and pay shipping for both directions. But, he said he would be willing to send it back and credit my card $50.
I said just credit my account. Then he made another offer to reduce the price some more. I said just credit my account.
I said just credit my account. Then he said, “Ok tough guy, we have your account number and your address”.
My card has yet to be credited. I filed a complaint with the attorney general.
