We recently order, through Google Store, a new Olympus Stylus 1030SW 10.0MP, Green digital camera. When we received the camera, which was not delivered as guaranteed by the website, it was in a plain white box with a gray label that stated Stylus 1030SW Green. Each part was put into the box with the camera placed in bubble wrap and an air-filled filler to fill the space in the box. The camera had dents and scratches on the faceplate which leads us to believe that it was used. Another indicator that this may be a shady retailer is that one day after placing our order, we were contacted to ask us if we would like to order another camera because the Green Olympus camera was not in stock. I WOULD NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS RETAILER. We were also given a website to contact them: [email protected] which brings up an error message that states we may be tricked by this website.
