Terrible customer service
I bought my Nokia handsets in August/ September and ever since I've bought them, I havent' been able to use them to my satisfaction. For the past Three months, one of the mobiles is with the service center. The last time when I gave it to be repaired was on 11th Feb. I was told that I'd get the cell back on 17th Feb, but I got it today which is 2nd March and even today it's not working. It's an absolute shit. I just got it back today and even then am not able to use it. The moment I pick a call, it gets disconnected. It's actually very frustrating plus I'm paying my bills for no reason. I have reliance connection and had bought 2 Nokia 2255's. At any time, I havent been able to use both the phones together and it doesnt solve my purpose. I had bought two of them so that I have the calling free, however since one of them doesnt work half of the time, my bills are increasing day by day. I can't even disconnect the connection and have been paying the bills for 2 months even when I'm not using my mobile. Kindly replace my handset. One of it has already been.. I'd really request to get a new handset since this one doesnt seem to work at all and I can't just take it anymore. Also, I was told that I have a false bill because of which my earphone hasnt been replaced. I bought it from a decent shop and paid a decent amount for both the phones. I haven't been given any help regarding this at all and the support is absolutely Nil. It's been very aggravating and too heavy on my pocket. This is my first and last request and if this doesn't bring me any result, I'm going to the Consumer Court and this is not a threat. It's an actual concern and I'd go to any legths to get this sorted out. I'VE HAD ENOUGH. The Job sheet No is::369434038/070211/3. We were also told by the service centre to file a case if we want to, even though it wouldnt bring us any result. This is what we have been told.
