They thought I was on hold but, actually I was put on speakerphone and they were talking about me. They were using curse words and making sexual comments about me. I could not believe my ears. I had to hang up as I was just horrified. They called me back and I promptly told them that I would no longer be doing business with them and why. they just laughed and laughed. They claimed they were not speaking out me. They shouldn't speak about ANY customer that way. In this economy you should be LUCKY to have customers. AWFUL!

I hired Omni Data for disaster recovery and prevention as I live in a remote area that is prone to tornadoes. They came to install during the day and that very night I had problems. Well I called from 8:00PM-11:20PM and all I received was a voice mail and no one called me back. They didn't even bother to call me the next day and I once again had to call them, to be put on hold for 10 minutes and then transferred to yet another voice mail. I sent numerous emails and left several message for the "owner", who of course never responded. I have since hired a wonderful company and any problems I have had (day or night) they take care of it ASAP. I am still awaiting a response and a credit from Omni Data and it has been well over a year.
