There is no doubt in my mind that I have encountered a business who has proven to me through their unprofessional behavior that they have absolutely no intentions in performing honorable in their debt to me. On May 16th 2008, a gentleman by the name of Daniel Gonzalez backed a company truck into my car in Chesapeake, Virginia causing extensive damages. During the police officers investigation at the time of the accident, it was learned that Mr. Gonzalez was an employee of Omniquest Industries based out of Austin, TX and truck he was driving did in-fact belong to Omniquest. Long story short, after the accident Mr. Gonzalez disappeared. I called the phone number on the police report, but he would not answer the phone, and neither would he return my calls. I finally sent Mr.

Gonzalez a certified letter and have a receipt from the post office where he signed for it. I also sent a certified letter to his place of employment that was also on the police report, but it came back as undeliverable. Finally, after a month of searching, I tracked down the insurance company for Omniquest International. A Mr. Ken Johnson of Keystone Southwest Insurance Company called me on ________and informed me that he was the automobile insurance agent for Omniquest and at the time of the accident, Omniquest did not have automobile insurance on their company vehicle. By this time I have been in communication with a Omniquest representitive, Mr George Castillo. Mr. Castillo has made it clear to me that he is the one and only person who is authorized to pay this debt, but he continues to refuse. I have asked him many times for payment, a good address for his company, and the the name of his supervisor, but he also refuses to give me that.

Mr Castillo of Omniquest Industries has proven himself to be a shyster and a con-man who makes folly of being dishonest. This person has tried to use lies to twist the truth inorder to deceive hard working americans. I am personally tired of his lies, and con-man mentality. Unfortunately, Mr Gonzalez expressed the same behavior at the scene of the accident, so it appears this dishonest behavior is an epidemic throughout the company. Its a very simple matter, an employee of Omniquest Industries, Mr. Gonzalez on behalf of Omniquest Industries was driving a company truck, the truck hit my car and caused damages, the damages amount to $1, 657.59, all I want is $1, 657.59. This is a total disgrace! Should I have to get a lawyer I will be forced to add a conservative $1, 200.00 for rental fees that Mr. Castillo created through his dishonesty and deceit. I feel very sorry for Omniquest Industries. I guarentee this business has lost millions in revenue due to Mr.

Castillos ghetto mentality. I cannot imagine that I told Mr. Castillo I would go to the better business bureau, but with absolutly no concern for the reputation of Omniquest Industries, Mr Castillo just blew me off. Now I have to send the police back to Mr. Daniel Gonzalezs' house to give him tickets for driving without insurance and giving false information to a police officer, I also have to take him to court for causing the damages to my vehicle in addition to taking Omniquest to court for owning the uninsured vehicle. Of course I am contacting my Congressman, Senator, and the Department of Veterans Affairs. All because Mr. Castillo does not understand that when you represent an honest and respectable business, you act honorably and act respectable! Imagine, all this over 1600 bucks!

In conclusion, please note that I am not accustomed to such dishonesty! I am a partially disabled combat veteran from Operation Iraqi Freedom, and just recently retired from the United States Army with more than 22 years of honorable service to our country. The unprofessional behavior of Mr. Castillo and Mr. Gonzalez as a representatives of Omniquest International is despicable, and should they work for me, I would fire them on the spot! The best way to handle this is to go to Texas, but the monetary award does not justify such time and expenses. I strongly warn anyone dealing with this company to seek out an alternative fist. If you must work with them, please remember George Castillo should by no means be trusted under any circumstances.
