OmnitechSupport appears to follow the concept of "Don't call us. We'll call you". They are extremely difficult to reach. Based only on the fact that their English is not good I have to guess the support personnel are located in another country. Their idea is to have you leave your computer on all night long so they can work on it. (Another hint they are likely on the other side of the globe.)
On one occasion I was able to get a tech support person and requested to talk to her superior. She replied that he was at lunch and would be back in about 10 minutes. I left my cell phone mumber and told her to have him call me. I have not gotten a phone call for 4 weeks now.
On another occasion I was on hold for 45 minutes before hanging up. They have contacted me on earlier occasions to have me leave my computer on all night. With the exception of the first time I have no record they have run any test, which they promised they would do.
I fired them 2 weeks ago and just got an email request to leave my computer on all night again. NOT.
