I have called these people and also emailed then and get no response back. I have this mower and the start box on the handle is jammed so that it cannot be turned on. The key inserts with difficulty and the on switch is froze n solid. This mower is kept inside, the battery is properly charged. Meanwhile, my lawn needs baled. Why are they not being helpful in any way? I like this mower and would like to get it fixed.
