I have received 4 phone calls from On Line America Group on my cell phone asking for my father who died this year on February 22. Twice when I tried to explain this situation to people calling me they hung up on me. I went to their web site and got their corporate phone number:1-800-237-9354 and called them asking to speak to a customer service supervisor, only to be hung up on again. When I called a second time demanding to speak to someone in more of a position of athority, I was told "all of our managers are in a meeting right now". Somehow this did not shock me. The person that I spoke to this time, a young lady named Shannon, agreed to take our information off of their calling list and to have a manager call me.
