every activity of the CBI and PM Office and even a child in India has
developed and Awareness about both the Offices. It is needless to point out
that All Indian Citizens & NRIS are to be proud to be an Indian as the
sincerity and integrity of these offices are brought to limelight recently
when they took up the case of Spectrum scam. Every

normal citizen of India feel protected by the sincere officers under your
supervision. But it is painful to observe that even your good offices
references are given scant regard by the Govt. offices it State level.

Kind attention is invited to the references cited. Especially your
offices letter dated 08.03.2010 PM 3/174866 and the letter from CBI New
Delhi ref No. 20100817-0026 Dated. 21.08.2010, wherein it was stated that my
complaint was accepted action will be taken by forwarding the same to the TN
Police Perambalur Dist. Superintendent of Police.

The Superintendent of Perambalur in R.C.No <http://r.c.no/>.
G3/19324/2011 Dated. 30.01.2011 wherein it was stated that case have been
filed against the accused persons under crime No. 28/10, dated 12.05.10
under section 468, 471, 420, 120(b) of IPC U/s. 67 IT Act and investigations
are pending enquiry.

The main frame of the case is cheating online which has led to
suicides of many youth, Many people were afraid of making complaints in this
regard as they felt that many external forces outside India were involved in
such crime. Inspite of myself being a State Government employee in
TamilNadu, I had the guts of bringing the matter to the notice of PMO and
CBI even violating the state Govt. Servants Conduct rules. But your good
offices has so far been kind enough to ignore any disciplinary action
against me for which I’ll be grateful.

But I regret to pointout that almost all burocrats and judiciary
have been acting to protect the accused in oneway or other.

The Superintendent of Police, Perambalur (in working period
12.05.10), District Inspector Crime Branch, Perambalur (Mr. Joseph Cyril)

18174) of Chennai the advocates who appeared for the accused in my petition
are M/s. K.V. Shanmuganathan, B.A., B.L., T.M. Ramalingam,
B.A., B.L., B.Vasudevan,
B.A., B.L., of salem (TN) well known for their activities of moving for bails
for many crime accused people.

In their entire life of practice they have never brought the crime
accuseds who were granted bail to the court and they have the practice of
protecting them by not bringing them to court.

They have accumulated a lot of wealth which are dispropostionate
to their income, by protecting many criminals, they have the practice of
holding the property documents of many people who are involved in many
crimes if the CBI takes up a raid in the residences and offices of these
advocates at Salem (TN), many hidden facts would come to light thereby
protecting the nation’s interest. I humbly state that my life is at risk by
bringing these matters to your high officers.

My intention behind this letter is that by taking stern action
against these anti-social elements, public will develop a sense of
confidence in their minds. I enclose all relevant documents in this regard.
