Dear Sir,

We (me & my wife) had a bad experience with emirates airlines on 10 Jan 09, our flight EK625 9:00 AM from Lahore to Dubai and we reported at the LHR airport at 06:30 in the morning. This was return (back to Dubai) journey after one month vocations.

First thing we purchased tickets from Business Travels Dubai (04-2830545) with the baggage 50 Kg each, and by return 30 Kg which they confirmed me.

FIRST
when we went for emirates Check-in in LHR airport, they stopped me by saying that your baggage is more than allowed according to them we allowed only 20 kg on each ticket BUT Business travels confirm me 30 Kg.
And my baggage was 60 which I brought bcoz I know I have this much capacity.

I removed the one BAG, they issued me & my wife boarding cards, when we were near control passport, I guy came from back and he demand for boarding cards, and he run away towards counter 15, it was surprised for me because he never said any thing, just took the boarding cards and run towards the counter no 15. Under Mr. Anwar the stupid, greedy man in the world, we waited there near passport control for the boarding cards, after 15 minutes the guy came and ask me please go back to counter, they want to talk with you.
It was surprise for me.

They asked me your wife is pregnant, we need a doctor certificate, I have doctor certificate I showed them, he refused to accept, and Anwar treat me as rude and stupid way of talking.
He was not listening me I spend 30 minutes behind him and he was not even listening to me.

He asked me I need fresh certificate, which that time not possible for me, actually if he do respect emirates passenger, he should not treat me like this. The certificate I had was enough.

BUT actually he want to sell one seat to guys who to him regularly asking for one seat,
And ANWAR was interested (way of making HARAM money). Which I FEEL and SAW

After this they already send me my baggage towards airplane, I demand for it so may be I quickly went to near hospital and the doctor report, BUT they asked me to wait for baggage, it will take time and that time he already cancel my boarding without informing me.

I called me cousin he quickly came and took my wife for hospital for medical report.
That was morning that time and unfortunately we could not find any doctor available, because we use to live 300 KM away from airport. All was new for us.
That moment was very painful for me every minute.

after this I informed to the counter 15 person that my wife is in way back to airport, please hold the seat, he spoke in rude way I can not wait, now time is over that time it was 8:25AM, and I already cancel you both boarding, it was shock for me, when he cancelled my boarding the problem was with my wife report (according to him).
BCOZ what I watch these guys counter 15 and ANWAR, they are playing with some people who are asking them for seats those guys were not chance guys, some outside by using ref. and money.

The guy who took my boarding cards, asked come on side and demand 3, 000RS and they will do every thing, according to me this amount demand from ANWAR to clear boarding for me wife. Which I refused

Then he asked me straight I will not board your wife NOW, because TIME is over now8:25, while he has few people which he board after.

They refused to give boarding to my wife at the end then I issued myself only because I have to report on duty otherwise difficult for me.
I never did breakfast never watch fav. movies / programs, for the all journey was painful for me

It should painful for me, because I was have a great image in my mind about EK, but in actual it was really surprise that hey treat like animals not humans.

I BEG to EK Dubai staff please, send somebody there and watch for a day the check-in, how they treat the people all painful.

NOW SECOND,

My wife called emirates office and told them they dropped me from flight and tell them all, and ask for next available flight to DUBAI, they ask it is available in 17 FEB.
SECOND SHOOK. And then she ask/BEG again can you people make it before then they ask THERE IS A SEAT AVIALABLE IN 20 JAN but YOU HAVE TO PAY 1, 380 DHS for extension. And if you will pay till 15 JAN and we keep.
My wife fed up with EK staff in PAK, and feel very bad from there attitude

GOD knows they are doing ONLY for money, no system. The people who have lot money running the system in there own way.

BCOZ she met in the airport to GUY in emirates staff, he asked he can arrange for next flight 12 JAN BUT you have to pay 35, 000 RS more (ticket already purchased)


She took the Shaheen INTL Airlines ticket by paying (25, 000RS) on the same day, and came here at 5PM. She has the same baggage (29.5 KG) accepted by Shaheen INTL airlines NL766 which EK counter refuse to take. I am thankful for them they respect her and provide her a safe journey.

NOW I will submit a request to refund my wife return ticket and may be got THIRD SHOOK.

I pray for EK, because the image and standard they have should monitor all around.
I have NOW no evidence to fly on EK onwards; I lose my respect in front of those to whom I advise to travel on EK.

Fly Emirates salgon not charming for me, which I used to sing BECAUSE I LIKE IT.
IT IS AROUND 12:30 NIGHT I M WRITING REPORT, CAN'T SLEEP STILL ME ADN MY WIFE SICK DUE TO THIS INCIDENT.

I DO WORK IN MEDIA CITY, AND WE PROVIDE INFLIGHT ENTERTAINMENT SOLUTION TO AIRLINES, WE WHOLE STAF VISITED EK ENGINEERING DEPT. AND LIKE IT AND HAVE REGULAR EK PASSENGER EVEN WHOLE STAFF, BUT THIS STORY SAD FOR ALL.
