One Stop Motors Scam
I listed my car on *****'s List and almost immediately was called by One Stop Motors. They told me how they could get more for my car than what I was advertising it for. This man's name was Joe Finateri (not sure of the spelling). I called back within two hours and asked to cancel my contract. A person named Michael informed me that this was not an option. He also informed me that they had me recorded accepting the offer. I knew then that I had been scammed. No reputable company would do this to a customer. I tried to dispute this charge on my Edward Jones Mastercard and they said I couldn't. They must endorse scams.

They have put a cheap classified ad on Ebay. If you put the model of my car in the search bar it doesn't even come up.

If you are considering One Stop Motors to sell your car please don't. It is one of the biggest rip offs on the net, and your credit card company will not do anything to stop it.

I wonder if they have ever sold anyone's car.

Scam
Total scam. They'll tell you they can sell your car for much more than you're asking but you'll never get an inquiry and you'll never sell your car. They'll just take your money and disapear. SCAM!!! I mean, come on, the "manager's" name is Micheal J. They don't even give out his last name!!! Do me a favor and send him all types of viruses and spam to [email protected]

Didn't honor money back guarantee
When we agreed to advertise with OneStop Motors it was because they offered a 100% money back guarantee. They also said they had a high sales average. They started out listing the car too high, then failed to lower the price on the car after my repeated requests. After 180 days, they had not even provided one sales lead for my car. I submitted the request for refund which they refused. They cited several reasons for this, all of which were completely bogus, such as that I did not provide them with a picture of the VIN#. I actually provided 2 photos of the VIN#. I would not use this company's services again.

Cheating
This is totally cheating site and sales. They ask $500 to help sell your car and "100% money-back guarantee" if the car did not sell. Do not pay! It is totally trap.

You will be never get your money back . There is too many reasons that they can trap you and deny to pay back when the car did not sell.

Scam
I was unfortunately another consumer duped by One Stop Motors and their great sales pitch of 100% Money Back Guarantee! The $499 got me a one time posting on e-bay and even though my ad was listed for 6 months on their website they told me I had never "confirmed" it, so therefore was not eligible for my money back. Fortunately I kept the e-mail correspondence that proves it was confirmed but oddly enough does not seem to match their records.

I even called after 3 months to lower the price of my car. They changed the price on their website but now, apparently, my ad was never "confirmed"? I never got one call from them about a potential buyer but see on my Non-compliance refund form that there were 279 hits.

They also have extremely rude customer service reps when you try to get some explanation for stealing your money. The "supervisor" apparently can not dial a phone number because they have never returned my call.

DO NOT support this company and contribute to their bad business ethics.

Bait and switch
All i can say is I've learned another expensive lesson. Do NOT purchase this service because they do NOT deliver they're pitch. Kinda like the President that has been elected. This company stole $500 of my hard earned cash. I listed my car 2 years ago with them. Rec'd very little market interest. Reluctantly dropped the price to about half what they promised to sell it at. It's lies and deception, your better off just throwing $500 dollars out the window or going to the casino. This is no joke, don't be a fool. 497

Stole my money
In January of 2010 I placed my car on KSL our local web service in the attempt to sell my 2006 Mitsubishi Endeavor. A few weeks I got a call from One Stop Motor, they claimed that they can sell my vehicle and I could get more than what I was asking for it and for $500 their deluxe service they would sell it within 6 month or my money back. Well 6 months came and gone and not even a single offer so I call to inquire about my refund they said all I had to do is send in the paperwork and I should get a check or credit within 10 days. I received a letter stating that I didn’t meet their requirement and my request was denied. I know I did everything they asked of me but still my request was denied. I just want anyone out there that is considering using there service to please reconsider. They are nothing but thieves.

FULL Guanteed Refund, RIGHT?????
One of your phone rep's contacted me one night, sometime around early to mid January, because of an ad that I was running in trying to sell my deceased husband's motorcycle. She told me that OSM would give me a full money back guaranty "if" my items were not sold within 180 days. So, believing her, I went ahead and provided her with my credit card that night in the amount of $898.00. A few days later, I was contacted by my advertising rep, Karen Vargas, who was just great to work with from the very beginning. After several months of working with her, I knew that I was getting close to my 180 days so I sent her an email asking her when I could request for my refund and she told me after July 12th. She said that I would have to go on line, print out the form and send it in with some documentation, which I did. Within a few days, I receive two letters, declining my " guaranteed full refund" because of a couple of things that I was suppose to do from the start, but was never informed about. This is just their way of using "LOOP HOLES" in order to keep the money.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They are just another company using your misfortune to better theres.

This business is extremely misleading to the public, some what of a scam, and the public needs to know what type of business that they are dealing with. Now that I've filed my complaint with The BBB of Las Vegas, they have "yet" to return a phone call or email. BE AWARE !!!
