Scammers Beware123 January 22, 2010

Charged for Service -Did not work

I paid for service. It never worked. I signed up for the fax service. It never worked. I called and the company told me it would take 48 hours to have someone look at it. In the meantime, I looked up the corporate address at

I looked at the Google street view and it is Casey's Irish Bar. HHMMMMM...doesn't look like a business. Now it makes sense why there is no service. Call the (213) area code number...you will get a voice mail only. The call center is not located in the US. WHy would they lie about their corporate address?

Kept my unused deposit

One Suite inactivates you every 6 months (approx) and they make you call to reactivate. Then they want more money if your deposit gets too low. Their goal is to keep your deposit.

Read the tiny print in terms/conditions at bottom of page and you won't want to give them your money! I have over $40 of unused funds with them they will not return! They say they do not have to return any unused money if account has been inactive. Dont give them your money! There are phone cards out there such as ATT that never expire! Buy those!

I contacted them about this and it took them over a week to respond via email. Rachelle Pillone responded nicely but offered no remedy.
