one west bank has doubled there fees for tring to get our home out of forclosure we have a mortgage of 1064.00 mo and have been behind since july. in november we were told we had to pay 5383.00 to get out of forcloser and pay 18oo month for four months. we paid 5383.00 and several weeks later asked to pay the balance and was quotes 3064.00. but then told to wait to the following week to make sure this amount was corect. when we called back the new amount was 8400.00 for several weeks now this is what we are told that we still owe 8400.00 because we didnt pay the amount requested on time so the 5383.00 was divided up into attorney fees and cost and other fees have just been added. it seems to me that we are paying 5000.00 in attorney fees and cost because of the banks incompitance of not being able to come up with thr right information and they do not have the cost break downs available for the customer. so because of this problem one west bank has charged a total of $13, 783 for being 4 months behind on a mortgage payment of 1064.00 which would net profit the attorneys 9, 315 for aprox 6hrs of work there must be some kind of kick back from the attorneys office these are extremely large cost and fees placed on the borrower.
