I have been trying to get a loan modification from One West for almost 2 years. They ask for paperwork that was already submitted, they gave me a 3 month trial after the trail, and me paying on time, they told me a document was missing, which i sent via fax, and certified mail, with a signature from someone in their company, I called they said there was nothing they could do, even though they had recieved the paperwork. I got an attorney I have been working with to help me, They have asked for the same paperwork, which was given on time. My attorney called last week to see the status, the customer service rep said it was still on review, but she doubts i will get it, when asked she just hung up the phone. My attorney called again and all she got was a recording stating I was mising paperwork, to please submit. They are horrendus, it is a crime what they are doing, They got bailed out and doing what they want >there has to be someone to regulate this

First Federal Bank became One West Bank and I was notified that my mortgage payment would be reduced due to the interest rate being lowered effective February 1, 2010. I was thrilled to receive the news. I have long since had Frist Federal withdraw my monthly mortgage payment from my BofA business account to ensure that the payments where on time. Long track record of good payment history. The initial authorization was for a total of $1, 700.00 which First Federal broke up into two withdrawls of approximately $850.oo each. When One West Bank informed me that my payment was being reduced to $1, 419.46 for interest and principle I assumed that would be the withdrawn amount. One West Bank took out two payments; one for $1, 419.46 and another for $850.00. This caused my account to be overdrawn and inpenaly of some $105.00 in overdraft charges. I immediately contacted One West Bank and explained the situation. the representative asked me to fax proof of the withdrawn amounts and provide a letter to support demand for the return of the $850 and to ask BofA to reverse the overdraft charges. This was in mid February. Nothing was done and I have been given the run around and hands up attitude. Now on March 1st they withdrew the same two amount and refuse to even consider my situation. They are continuing to give me the run around. This is an outrage and they need to be exposed for the business operators that they are. I have documentation to support my claim.

For the last 6 months, I have been contacting One West Bank to review my home loan for modifications. In return, One West Bank has pushed me around and expelicity rejected my request for loan modifications. At one time, the bank aseked me to send various types of documation to review my case. I did gather and submit 70-80 pages of paperworks and waited for about 60 days (they asked me for 60 days processing time), not only they did not contact me, nore they did not made me any offer. After a number phone conversation with the bank staffs, I came to this conclusion that the bank does not have any interest to modify home loans. If fact, it seems they are more interested in forcloused homes than modified loans!!! The bank and its staffs, talk and behave like organize criminals who do not underestand anything but thier own financial interest. One West Bank is dishonest, rude, unfair and un-american.
