The individuals running this site should be shut down and smacked down
The individuals running this site should be shut down and smacked down - at the same time. We bought a pair of supposed Uggs on here for Christmas and, though my daughter has had several pairs in the same size, this pair came in with a weird toe stitch that made them two sizes too small. After 4 attempts to get a reply from their customer service email form (all I was trying to do was to get an exchange to a larger size), there has been no response whatsoever and you cannot call anyone. Obviously because these people are selling bogus Uggs and they also are doing it from China ... somebody please shut them down.

Fake Uggs & No Respond
I placed an order with this company and never received any emails confirming my purchase but yet the very next day $105.98 was taken from my account + $1.06 for international fee. I sent complaint email after complaint and finally did receive my Uggs. The thing was they were just shoved in a brown mailing box (not even in the original ugg shoe box) and the box was clearly damaged and not to mention FAKE uggs. I own other pairs of uggs and can spot a fake. The bottom of the shoe (which is very distinct) is clearly not original uggs. Plus real authentic uggs come with a certificate of authenticity and uggs soles are rubber and are flexible. These ones I got from ONEBOOTSTOP.COM were very hard and you cannot bend them what so ever. The bottom imprint on the shoe is unlike anything I had ever seen on any Ugg shoe which leads me to believe they are FAKE!! There is no one to contact besides in a email and nobody has ever replied to me. I sent them about 10 emails. My mother had also placed an order and she has yet to receive absolutely NOTHING!!! They also had taken money from her account the next day. Buyer BEWARE and DO NOT place an order with this company. They are frauds and should not be allowed to be on the internet. This is NOT the last of my complaints!!!
Clearly in the photo you can see the fake. It is the one on the right. I have never seen an ugg impression on the bottom of a boot like this. Even on their website it shows images top, bottom, side views, and it does not show them looking like this. It shows the impression of the gray boot on the left. All I can say is S H A D E Y!!!

fake uggs
I had previously written that I was worried because the boots hadn't come over 2 weeks later. However, I did finally get them...their fake! Though they were ordered in the same size as our real uggs, the opening is too small for you to get you foot in. Other than that they are pretty good fakes I must say. So, I decided..oh well you live and learn and were just going to exchange them for a bigger size, but wouldnt you know it...you can only exchange them within 5 days, and only if its their fault. No exchanges on wrong size, color ect..
I will check the complaint board in the future for sure.

never received order
I ordered a pair of Ugg boots paid for them and never received them. this company has no listed address or phone number. I have contacted them via email numerous times since I placed my order in Nov. 2009. They provided me a tracking number that was someone else. They then told me that they had no record of my order although they had taken their money from my credit card.I have tried numerous times via email to resolve this matter with no resolution. My last email from them today was for me to take this up with my bank.

sold fake Ugg boots - supposedly 89.99- but over 100.00 charged to my card.
Boots are fake. No return address or phone number for this "company"
