Wanted to download Picaso. When I was connected to the site, I was told there would be a download charge of Approximately $11. I gave information and submitted my request for a download. The download did not occur. I then went to www, picaso and downloaded the program for free. Now my credit card has been charged for $81 dollars. I would like to contact them to request a refund.
The card should not have been charged until after the download was complete.
