I made the mistake of entering into a contract with OneStopMotors.com to advertise my deceased wife's car in on 9/8/10. The service that they promised to provide was to advertise my car in ~200 publications until I sold my car for ~500. However when I checked I could not find my add in any search engine, magazine, advertising site or other media, ...etc. When I questioned the OneStopMotors Customer Service rep she sent me a list of sites and said my add was on all of these listed sites. I then checked all of these sites and search engines but still no adds.
I then called back and again pointed this out to the OSM rep, Ashley. I had to insist that she do a search for my vehicle and which point she admitted that there was no adds posted. She claimed OSM was not responsible for the errors or omissions by the advertising sites and search engines! It was obvious that OSM took my money but did not provide me any advertising! When I conveyed my lack of service should entitle me with a refund she referred back to my contract which states "no refunds for Lack of Service"!
I then requested a supervisor which she said was out of the office. She gave me his name as Michael J. With no response after sending six E-Mails to Customer Service and Micheal J. I think it is time to try the Better Business Bureau and other communication forums like this site.
