Scam
WARNING, Do not use this company, I placed an order for flowers 5 days before Mother's Day and they charged my credit card and gave me a confirmation number. The very next day I received an email about a refund, so I called and an answering service took the message. I was told that they were to busy taking and processing orders but that someone would get back to me as soon as possible. No one ever did, nothing was delivered. I think that 5 days is more than enough time to process a flower delivery for Mother's Day.

scam
i was contacted by a smooth salesman named Ira, he said he could get me much more for my 2002 Harley Davidson, if i paid onestopmotors 300 dollars. He told me he could not keep harleys in stock and that mine would sell for top dollar, in 4 months i did not recieve one offer, even though i lowered my price below book value.I have since sold my bike locally, with no help from onestopmotors. My harley is still listed with onestop, i am interested to see if i will ever hear from them again. At least i didn't pick the 500 dollar package.

Scumbags
Beware, Total frauds! They start with illegal telemarketing and continue forward with every lie and cheat in the book! They will overcharge your credit card and refuse to refund it. You have to go through your credit card company to get a refund or take them to court. I know, it took 2 months and dozens of calls, faxes and emails just to get my card refunded. Total nightmare! And... the picture on their website " onestopmotors.com " is a total fake, I drive past that building every day and their logos aren't on it!!! They photoshopped it. If these people call you report them to the FCC and Nevada Secretary State!

Scam
I posted my motorcyle in a free site and onestopmotors called me and said they could sale my bike for more than i was asking and in no more than 4 weeks for a fee of 500 dollars. So i fell for their sacm and its going on 5 months and my bike hasnt sold and im short 500 dollars. Onestopmotors claims that the fee is for marketing purposes but when i contacted to see why my bike hadnt sold they had the nerve to try and charge me more money so they could post it on ebay. Beware of these scam companies!

i like them
Personally I own a business myself and I know that there is no way you can be in business for 8 years and be a scam company. I posted my vehicle 2 months ago and it just moved, they say most of their vehicles move quickly. Mine didnt, but they did help me sell it a whole lot faster than I could do myself. To be honest I dont have time to sell it myself. Just because your vehicle hasnt sold doesnt mean anything. They dont guarentee when they can move. They would be LYING if they did. I recomend OneStopMotors to anybody who has a vehicle for sale. If you try this on your own, i did research and it does cost over 1, 000 dollars for everything they do, and you would probably loose more than $500 which is how much theyre sevice costs. If it hasnt sold with them yet imagine how long it would take you to do it on your own.

Selling My Car
Here's my story with One Stop Motors. I got a call one day about my vehicle and the sales rep was very helpful in setting up the terms of the Ad. They even feature listed my BMW. Then, I did a Google search for my car and One Stop Motors and I noticed something rather peculiar ... up came a bunch of complaints that seem to be linked to the same person spamming (cramming?) a number of websites with the very same words.

Needless to say I was concerned ... at first. But this One Stop Motors company did sell my vehicle in less than 25 days and their customer service always answered my phone calls. Normally I don't sound off on websites, but in this instance it was abundantly clear that this company has gotten a bad review for what seems to be imaginary reasons.

Thanks for selling my car.

SCAMMED BY ONESTOPMOTORS? HAVE THEY SOLD YOUR CAR YET?

2. Make a statement to your credit card company and give them evidence to win your dispute. It’s easy!

First make a statement. Tell credit card company all the representatives from onestopmotors guaranteed your car would sell. Tell credit card company that onestopmotors did not render their service as it was described to you(namely, the guaranteed sale of your vehicle).

IMPORTANT - Tell your credit card company you never signed and returned the onestopmotors advertising agreement and let credit card company know that any advertising agreement that onestopmotors produces with your name on it is a fraud.

Tell your credit card company that your vehicle is NOT being advertised on all the websites that their salesperson told you you’d receive such as ebay, cars.com, autotrader, newspapers, etc.

3. LOG INTO your onestopmotors account area with your username and password. If you do not have your username and password call onestopmotors at 877-566-6686 and they will give it to you. Your username and password is case sensitive so ask them to spell it out for you. Hang up and log into your account.

4. Now print out evidence to send to your credit card company. Log into your onestopmotors account area then scroll down to the link in the center of the page called “View My Ad Campaign”. Click through all the advertising links listed for your vehicle. Print out all the bad links that are no longer active or contain incorrect information about your vehicle and fax or mail those print-outs to your credit card company. You can also take screen shots and email them to your credit card company.

5. Dont Worry about the verification call you did with onestopmotors . Credit Card companies will not accept such verification calls as evidence against you.

6. You are going to win your dispute

Good Experience
My husband and I recently received a phone call from OSM advertising, asking us to buy their advertisment package. We decided to give it a shot because my husband was getting older and didn't have the time or energy to do the things neccessary to sell our car. We wanted to get the car sold as soon as possible and knew very little about selling cars. We decided to try their service and we were very pleased with the results. We sold the car in five weeks and got what we were originnaly hoping to get for the car. If we had not used the service we would have been forced to lower our price significantly in order to sell it locally. We definitely got our $499 worth. We also found their price specialist at OSM to be informative and friendly. Its a very useful tool to someone who isn't experienced with selling cars. I would definitley use their service again.
