My husband ordered a pair of boots from this website as a gift for me. I soon I saw them I knew they were fake, besides they had a big hole on the side so I returned the merchandise within their return policy time and I have never received an answer from them, or my credit. This was for 99.99 that was paid thru paypal. When I called paypal they state that because its not a ebay issue there’s nothing they can do, that I have to call my Credit card which I did and also said that since I paid tru pay pal there’s nothing they can do… so now where do I stand…. I just gave these people away 99.99.

The boots were ordered on Dec. 22, 2009.
They have never been sent.
The funds were taken from my checking account and never replaced.
Yesterday I reported them to Pay Pal. Shortly therafter I received an email stating that my order had been cancelled. This is a lie.
I went to the bank yesterday to trace the funds and they received the money on Dec. 24, 2009 and have never placed the funds back into my account and have never sent the merchandise.
It appeared the OneUgg was one of the more reliable sites however now I know they are not and they should be placed on the list of other fradulent sites so that no one else will be scammed.
I lost my job and was given the funds for the boots as a Christmas gift.
This was the last thing I needed at this time.
