I originally applied for loan modification in March 2010. After 3 months of being "shined-off", given the general runaround, having to refax documents that were in the original application and given misinformation on several occassions by phone agents OWB suddenly decided that my loan "type" didn't qualify for the program. Really??? Why didn't they say this back in March or April before I spent $30-$40 dollars in faxing documents so some lame putz could sit on the documents until the information was "stale" and I would have to resubmit documents again? What a joke; have they ever heard of customer service? Why have a loan modification form on their website if they have no intention of approving applications? Somebody in corporate HQ in Pasedena must be getting a good laugh off deperate homeowners miseries...

EXERCISE YOUR 1ST ADMENDMENT RIGHTS. LET INDYMAC KNOW HOW YOU FEEL.

I am also a jerked around customer of IndyMac/OneWest.
They are the most dysfunctional, disorganized evil bank ever. I sent and resent and sent again documents. Each time they claimed to have "no record". I was told by their own employees to STOP making my mortgage payments and would recevie a loan modification "way before" any foreclosure. Well...jokes on me. IndyMac NEVER modifies anyone's loan.
