MOdel: LCD Poison 32 inches
Problem: No Display.
The Onida service center initially said the mother board was faulty and needs to be replaced with a new one costing 8000. Later i get a call saying that repair charges is 9000 and new one is 19000. I opted for the repair one since ondia doesnt make new parts for this model. After repeated followups the service center says that the mother board is proper and the panel is faulty and repair charges would be 15000 (ridiculuos half the price of the LCD). Now its been around 2 weeks since i have asked them to return my LCD since I do not want to spend 15000 on repairs and where there is no warranty or gaurantee for even 6 months. Even after telling the service center to return they have still not done the same and everytime they give the same excuse that there is no helper or engg. This is quite frustrating since the people at the service center have not been able to give a proper reason for the LCD not working for almost a month and then they are not returning the product too and when you call them they simply say that i have to pay the service charges.
