I bought a microwave of Onida after over riding world famous companies like LG, Samsung.But now i feel like kicking myself.
Recently one week ago a button of brand new microwave was not working and i was charged Rs 375 service fee by the technician who came and have one month warranty with it.But now the same button is not functioning again and the technician of Onida Service Centre is dilly dallying.
I have rung Onida service centre once and twice and have decided to trash the brand new microwave.
How can companies like Onida expect to compete with other companies when the customer service and products suck?????
