Terrible experience
We had bought 1.5 ton air conditioner of model ONIDA WO18 on 17 april 2008, through Mr. Jarnail shop name is B.K.Electronic from uttam Nagar New Delhi-59. My a.c. compressor are changed two time but we are not getting proper cooling from this a/c still now. This show that ONIDA quality is day by day going to poor and worst. I have request you to pls exchange my a/c as soon as possible.

Malfunctioning of control system
My Ondia KY Thunder is under Problem now. Both TV Display control & Remote functions are not properly working. Please ask Ondia service to take over this problem.

fraudsters from onida company
respected sir,
we had given a tv to repair for the onida company fellow His name is raghavendra who is working in Indranagar branch in bangalore as the service technician he took the tv for repair and not delivered from six months now he is telling that the board is not company made but i had brought the tv from branded showroom Girias from sadashivnagar i dont know what to do with this fellow kindly take now i hope he has changed the board and telling that the board was not proper kindly do favor for me so that i can get tv as soon as possible. and my contact detail is 9886815553

WORST EXPERINCE WITH ONIDA TV and SERVICE
Sub : Trouble with 29” Oxygen TV.
Sir,
I have purchased ONIDA CTV -29” Oxygen Serial No.4002477, from Surya Electronics, Shop No. 5, Osia Market, Chikhali Road, Sambhaji Nagar, Chinchwad, Pune 19 on 12-09-2004, invoice no.8728 for Rs.23000/-. (Now shop shifted in Kasturi Plaza, on opposite side).
I prefered ONIDA as I normally prefer the good quality branded items. Now the “NEIGHBORS’ ENVY, OWNER’S PRIDE “, has become, “NEIGHBORS’ AMUSEMENT & OWNER’S i.e. MY HEAD ACHE”. Within warranty period it was repaired twice and twice thereafter. Once I spent about Rs.1600/- in Sep 2006. Last time in March 2007, after argument of providing bad services, with the Surya Electronics and the Service Centre at Chinchwad, I got the repairs free, when it was orally assured that “hereafter there would not be any Problem”. And just within 7 months in Oct 2007, TV stopped working. The complaint registered No.07100876380303 dated 8th Oct 2007. I insisted that “I can not pay regularly about Rs.1600/- every six month for keeping my TV in working condition.” The complaint is not yet attended.
I will not now prefer repairing my so called high brand Co. TV set, which I am sure is a Technically faulty piece, though it should have been replaced within the warranty period. Presently I am using my old 21” BPL TV purchased in April 1990, without a single repair till todate, keeping along side your faulty 29” non-working TV set. This position explains the quality of your Brand.
I insist that you should take back your faulty TV set as your moral responsibility and in good faith, replace it with non-faulty TV set. In any case I shall not get the TV repaired.

Micro Oven Manual Missing
I purchased Onida Micro Oven Solo 20 recently along with Onida 29" Color TV. I have not been provided with User Manual for Onida Micro Oven.
Neither the stockist (Chellamani & Co) nor the Company has responded to my request for the manual.
What should I do further?

Poor Service
After lodging the complaint with the service centre. Response is very very bad. You never get a reply as to when the concerned service engineer will report. It appears that service will be done when they can attend to during their leisure time. If the persons are so busy attending to many service calls, then the products may not be upto the mark.

Customer Service sucks
I have purchased an onida DVD when my brother bought an LG both were purchased at the same time. and both gave problems of CD/DVD getting stuck. Lg replaced my brothers DVD player with a new one when they seen that, they cannot repair the DVD. But Onida has no service reps who know what is going on and when they come to fix the DVD as well their techinicians are not equiped. and they say that, they will get back.
I shoud strongly suggest every one, that, do not go with ONIDA at least DVDs if any one reading this likes to know more about this could call me on Ph:-9866544821. I will be taking this to Consumer court soon, as i had invested my Hard earned money in a DVD that, wont play when i only use it in weekends.

Hopeless service!
The company's authorized service station is a really incompetent set of people. I have given my DVD Recorder which I had purchased last october for repairs as the DVD was not playing properly. I had given the same on 29th August 2007, within the warranty period. I have not yet got back the repaired item yet. The only reason I get is that the spare part for the product (which is a new one) is not available!!! They are not even willing to replace the product and provide me with a new one.
