Purchased washing machine model no hydro fall 68-E 3 years back. Now the washing machine dryer cover is broken and requested to customer care for replacement of the cover on 26th March (Request no 11030686381369). I am calling them in every 2-3 days but they are not able to arrange that even after 2-3 weeks and every time same reply " It will take another 2-3 weeks to arrange that product". I am bit worried about Onida customer support. Can you please help me out.
