I monitor my bank account monthly and found three (3) charges of $34.95 (US Dollars) since November 26, 2010. One each month for a total of $104.85 (US Dollars). I called the company number on the bank statement, 1-866-465-5866. This lead to a company called Design Services. I spoke to Tim at this company and he was able to give me the correct number to call, 1-888-431-8867. I attempted to contact this mystery company for three (3) days before I was finally able to talk to someone on 02.03.2011. I first spoke to Nick, he stated that he could cancel the account, but would not be able to refund any of the charges. I advised him that these were unauthorized and I had not signed up for any services online. He continued to refuse to refund any portion of the charges. I asked to speak to his supervisor and was transferred to Ben. I again made my request for a refund and he refused. Stated that they cannot outside the trial period. I asked how long the trial period was, he stated it was seven (7) days. I asked how I was supposed to cancel something I signed up for and he just reiterated his previous statements about not being able to refund the charges. I asked the name of the company, he said they were in England. I again asked what company was charging me $34.95 (US Dollars) each month. He said it was Online Biz Kit. I then asked to speak to his manager to which he stated his manager was not available. I then asked to speak to someone who has more authority than he did. He stated that no one had higher authority than he did and stated that since this conversation was not going anywhere, he was going to end the call and hung up.
!! I would like to know how we are supposed to get our money back from these people??? !!

I have had money go out of my account for i don't know what and am now having to get my card stopped so i can stop the charges keep happening.
