I placed an order online on 11/13/09 for four pairs of boots. One of the four pairs was shipped appx 5 days later and received 10 days after order date. However to date there is no tracking information for the other three pairs of boots. I called last week to find out what was going on and was told they could not get the tracking number on the Ariat boots, they had to wait until they received it from Ariat and that they wouldn't have it for 2-3 more days, this was on 11/23/09, 10 days after the order was placed - they cited business days vs number of days. When I asked them why they couldn't call Ariat and get the tracking information they said "because we can't". On top of it all the customer service rep was rude and unwilling to provide any feedback of a helpful nature.
Today is 11/30/09 and the three pairs of boots still have not shipped, my card was charged weeks ago and the three pairs of boots in question represent 85% of the total charge to my credit card.
I have given them 24 hours to provide a tracking number or issue a refund to my credit card.
I will most definitely NEVER do business with this company again!
