On April 29, 2010, this company withdrew $ 34.19 from my account without my authorization. I had never heard of this company until one of my bank's employees told me that a check that was not in sequence was cashed on my account. I asked if she would provide me with a copy of the check so that I could investigate and take the appropriate actions. My bank provided me with a copy of said check. In the memo section of the check the customer service number listed is 1-866-268-2973 for payment details, service information/cancellation and a reference number. In addition the website - www.LibDiscCS.com is listed.

I contacted the phone number listed and was unable to reach anyone. I went to the website listed above to ascertain whether there was a chat session available. There is a chat session listed but an operator never responded. Upon careful reading of their website, I noticed that there is a form to request a refund . The problem with the form is that you must receive a cancellation number from the company. At this point receiving the cancellation number is totally impossible without someone at the company answering the telephone or the chat session.

My plans at this time is to continue my investigation and in the event I am unable to contact this company after reasonable attempts and receive my refund of $34.19, I plan to contact any and all agencies that I think might be able to assist and stop this company from taking money that they have not been authorized to withdraw.
