I had ordered adena from them before and not ever had any problems, now all of a sudden they dont have it and it would take several days to get it. We waited for the 2 days and nothing, so i filed a complaint with paypal. They were fast at taking the 130.00 need from my account but not as fast in providing their service. They missed the deadline on their gurantee, not only that now all of a sudden they need me to verify my information over the computer by giving them a photo copy of my credit card and a valid id that matched my credit card, mind u that they had never asked me for this before. Lessoned learned swagvault basically lies and cheats when they can, and as a person who thought I could trust them, I was proven very wrong. This just to those of you an idea of what their customer service is like I placed my order 2008-05-06 22:19:54 and today is Saturday, they have my $130.00 I worked for and I have recieved nothing in return. All I have a bunch of excuses and lie after lie. I would highly recommend that if u decide to use them please do so with caution. I learned my lesson the hard way. They still have my money. :( Here is a sample of what they asked for which by the way I would reccomend that no one under any circumstances do: Anna: We have to process an identify verification on your order before delivery in order to protect the safety of your credit card or bank account. To complete verification, please provide the following 2 items:
Anna: 1. A digital photo or scanned image of the front of the credit card you used for your PayPal or Google Checkout payment, with all but the last 4 digits of the card number blacked out.
Anna: 2. A digital photo or scanned image of the front of your government issued identification card, driver's license, or the ID page of your passport, containing your name, which must match the name on your credit card. You may black out all digits of the identification number.
