unauthorized charges
On Line Games POGO/EA WWW.EA.COM has charge my bank acct 2 times for something I did not authorize for 13, 69 have no idear how they got my info.. I would like my money back and do not want no more charges to be made..

On December 10, 2009 my master card has a charge of 39.99 for online games pogo/eawww.ea.com ca. I don't know what this charge is for, I didn't buy any games on this site. I want this corrected and want an explanation for this charge.

Payment
On May 4, 2009 I made a payment of $39.00 (Ref #24692169121000725583256) in order to play the Pogo games. Funds were taken from my bank account, however, I have not been able to play the games. I received an e-mail that there was a problem with my payment card. If this is so why was the $39.00 deducted from my account.
