Did not order this service

They said I ordered a company listing & online web listing at the cost 0f $531.95.
They say the have a recording of us agreeing to this, but I believe that the recording only says what the put together not the whole conversation! I do not order services like this!!!

False Invoicing

The company called me and said that the FORMER Office Manager authorized them to advertise on their website for the year 2009 and they were calling to collect in arrears.

I was EXTREMELY skeptical of this, and said there was no way we were going to pay unless they showed absolute proof that they had authorization. They said they would send it with the invoice. There was no proof, and the invoie did NOT stipulate that the service was for 2009, and does not give any coverage dates at all. In addition, the site they note we are listed on, we are NOT when I did a search.

I will be turning them into the BBB, and complaining heavily to the company, and of course, not paying the bogus invoice.
