When I bought the service I paid for the whole service of the practice testing. You pay for the price for book double of what they should be billed, and if you don't read the books within a three month period they refused to give any kind of adaptibilty for going over that period. I paid $900.00 for books that was worth $400.00. And was not able to use there practice test for which I paid for in the $900.00 And then got insulted by the owner which I have proof of. And as well they only give you the practice test for buisness law and management. Nothing else. No plumbing contracts test or oshea testing. Unfair company and they treat there customers like crap

He is a licensed master plumber. He works for a company and he has his own personal customers that call him directly for his expertise. he has built a good customer morale. I feel really bad for you. Leave me alone. This is my last attempt to have you live me alone. Don't reply back Or I will take you to a lawyer for harrasment.

If he is licensed, why is he taking the course to be a LICENSED Plumber. We hope you are aware that is illegal, & are aware of the fines, penalty, & prison time inforced by the State Contractors Board for such activity, You should take an english class, and be more curtious when calling, and demanding something that you are clearly in the wrong, and did not LISTEN to what was communicated, and advertised CLEARLY on the website.

He is a licensed master plumber and he is insured for his plumbing work and we have customers that call him to do plumbing because he is a licensed master plumber.
We want to say we are a licensed contractor for we can hire guys and advertise it.

I rather pay 75.00 for the test and flunk it and pay for it several times before I use your services again.

Sometimes you don't have that much extra time when you have to work 80 hrs a week for your cutomers. To have empathy towards them when there house is flooded and they are calling at 2:00 am because one of there pipes broke.
We value our customers and we want to show flexability. And he works alot of hours for them.

That is sad that you don't value us enough to show us that you care and you have to put my husband down because of this.
I'm will not being going back to you guys ever.

You were told upon signing up, the bus law practice test is for 3 months access, also as stated on our website, that you contacted us from. You signed up over 8 months ago

She put my husband down. my Husband works alot of hours and has a hard time finding a book. I paid for A test I was never able to have him use. This is the worst customer service I have ever recieved
