I have placed a order ( N5800) on 12/01/2010 with reference to your add on that day newspaper.I have been told about the amount that I have to pay and the date .
And when I called again to reconfirm about the same, I was told it is NOKIA N 5800 .
I was reconfirmed the same just yesterday morning also, I got the same and strong reply that it is NOKIA N 5800 only.
But I was shocked once I opened the parcel . I found a mobile with a name N5800 which is NOT a NOKIA make.
And more over the touch screen is not working properly . So, in this regard I was Cheated .
Now I need my money back with the delivery charges. And I will move this issue legally also.
