Unauthorized deduction
I ordered a free trial online kit from this co. There was no mention of a monthly fee, as soon as I discovered there was one, (when I discovered my credit card had been charged $ US 79.90) I called my credit card company. They were obviously aware of this business practice and gave me their 1-800 number, instantly. They told me (the credit card company) that by agreeing to the ''free trial'', I also committed myself to paying monthly fees UNLESS i cancelled within 7 days. I was also told that it was in the ''fine print''. The credit card told me to try to get a reimbursement from the company, or at least a cancellation of future payments. The credit card advised me to ask for a cancellation number and the name of the person giving me this number.
I called the company Onlinebizkit and wanted to cancel and they confirmed what the credit card company had said. When I made the call, I advised them right way that my call was taped. I obtained no reimbursement, but received a cancellation number and the name of the employee.
While this may not constitute fraud, it certainly is a deceptive practice and idiots like me get caught. Should have known better.

I have been charge several times $69.90. I have not authorized this charge and if it continues I will be forced to take legal action.

unauthorized charges
I received two charges on my citibank card, one for $47.50 and one for $99.00 from TQG onlinebizkit. I have no idea what that was for, and I certainly did not use my credit card for that. What should I do?

i did not order this. and if it is taken out of my account all my transactions will start bouncing.i am out of work and my benefits have not started yet, the noney i had in my account has to last me until next friday

theft
these people have been raping a credit card account i dont use for 5/6 months now for 69.90. i never authorized theses charges nor did i have any knowledge (till now) of these charges. i called them and they say theres no refunds and nothing i can do about it. i called my bank and they can only dispute 2 of the charges. what a fuckin scam. i never signed up for this shit! bastards!

SCAM
Same thing happened to me. I called on 10/12 to cancel, I was told it was. I look at my cc statement and I was charged. I called to complain and since I wasn't given a confirmation they wouldn't do anything. I called back to get information to report them to the BBB and they gave me a different name "Profit Studio Learning" and refused to give ma an address. Please do not let anyone use this company. I dont even know the name...onlinebizkit, your profit gateway, pacific web works ?!?! I need help. I even have my cell phone record of making the call at 10am on the 12th and they are telling me that today is the first day that I called. I have reported them to the BBB. Please everyone do the same!

refund
I had called and canceled my free trial and i still got charged 79.90 but when i called the first time the lady never gave me her name or a comfirmation code. Then on 9/25/09 the amount above was taking out my account and i called again and they said that they couldn't give me the money back because i didnt have the name of the lady that i talked to the first or have a comfirmation code. That was not my fault the lady didnt give me either of those information so i'm requesting for the refund.
