I had bad experiences with Onlineexpressticket.com. I am from Austria and I ordered two football tickets for the Roma Derby AS vs Lazio Rom. I ordered two Category 1 tickets - alongside the stadium. As I come to the hotel in Rome - where onlineexpressticket.com finally send the tickets to - I was wondering why I got two tickets for the match and sitting between of the Lazio hooligans.
I was contacting onlineticketexpress.com by phone - no success (after waiting 20 minutes in the loop). When I was talking with the customer care center they hang up the phone call. So I was writing several e-mails to all of the support addresses. They pleased me to send the scanned tickets to them and they will check the claim. I didn't get any answer.
I tried to use the online chat support - without success. Always when I was log me in with my real name the support was offline or not available. I tried to log me in with another name and then the support was online. But they only copy and paste me the terms and conditions and leave the chat.
I can really recommend you to by your tickets NOT at onlineticketexpress.com and always read the terms and conditions carefully.
