Onlinelogo.com advertises a 2 day turnaround right on their website. We needed a logo for a new website and contracted them to do it. Even though they are local for us, everything is done via the web and email. Obviously, you have to pre-pay for the service. After 1 week, we still had not received our logo design and we needed it ASAP to launch our new site. A few days after sending an email, I finally received some proofs via email. They were for the wrong company and not even close to what I had requested. Based on their advertised guarantee (timeliness and satisfaction), I just asked them to cancel my order and refund the money. I received no response, but then a week later I received new proofs. This time they at least had the correct company name but they were identical to the original proofs and again not even close to what I had asked for. I tried calling on many occasions but only reached the voice mail and never received a response. I now know that they have an F rating with the BBB. We ended up having to dispute the charge with our credit card company and are still awaiting a resolution. Here is their guarantee:
"The $195.00 (US) fee includes the design of 3 unique logo comps within 2 days. You may elect to make an unlimited number of alterations to any one of the three comps at no extra cost before choosing your final logo. That's right. We will work with you until you are completely satisfied with a final option. Also included with the price is FREE phone support and development of your logo in an unlimited number of colors. "
Obviously, they don't adhere to the "2 day" claim and I guess the "free phone support" means that you can leave a message that won't be returned.
