Didnot order
i did not order this program. it states onlingo spanish level one. a complete language immersion program. they will not answer calls or emails.what can i do?

TAKING MONEY FROM MY CHECKING ACCOUNT
i was informed this was a one time purchase, They took their fee from my bank account, and I get the ONE and only one I purchased. today I went on line to check my bank account only to find out that they took out over 75.00 dollars ..I did not agree to this ..they addvertise only one dvd, and if you want more you can order them..and a one time withdrawl.now I cann't even get in touch with them ...

no cancellation
First I order to get ahead in spanish then I get charged every single week. I am now totally broke and I have no money to use for school. I HATE YOU ONLINGO!

Unauthorized Credit Card Use
I answered an add for a sample of their language tapes, for $6.95. My credit card was charged for the $6.95 and then I received charges of 70.00 and 80.00 each month. I never authorized any additional charges or purchased any of their materials after my initial purchase.

Poor Customer Service
I agreed to try Onlingo to pursue learning conversational Spanish. The company said I would have a 14 day trial period. The truth is I had less than 7 days. The trial starts at the time of order, not at the the time the customer recieves the product. They charged my credit card $80 dollars the same day that I called to cancel my trial. I called to cancel on day 7 (well before day 14). I am returning the product but they are keeping $20 for re-stocking. What a FRAUD! Do not use Onlingo and warn all your friends!

So I ordered this product and realized I didnt want it after I saw the outragous prices that they charge. So while I was still within the trial period I called and canceled my supscription, and recieved an email stating that it was cancelled and I wouldnt be billed any other charges. 2 weeks later they go ahead and charge my card the 79.95. I call them that day and ask them why my card was charged and they stated that I had agreed to keep the product. I told them that I was looking at the email stating that I had cancelled the subcription, and then asked to talk to the supervisor. She then stated that there was nothing they could do about the charges, and that they wouldnt be credited untill they recieved the product back. I asked why I wasnt informed of this, and all I got was rudeness and "I dont knows". As with other posts, are there any lawers looking into this company?

I Hve just signed up fpr the free trial and want to cancel. My bank just called me to verify that i am the one to make the 6.95 purchase. They gave me 866-841-8740 as a contact number for them from thier record. I am calling them right now.

cannot reach company to stop charges
I was given a phone number to end this offer within 7 days but there is no one answering the phone to stop the offer. They continue to charge my account

No refunds issued
Were not willing to issue refund when product returned within specified time. Absolutely unwilling to work with customers.
Shoddy business, at best.

product not ordered, but was charged
Received Spanish language program not ordered, but small charg to my Visa, triggers a monthly charge of about $80.00. Company said I must have bought a computer or other large item which triggered this~!~?~!
Or they said someone else in my home did it~!! Husband has no knowledge.
I reported this the US Bank Visa who is canceling my card and issuing me another. What a headache that is - letting all companies know of this change~! I just went through this when the expiration date changed~!
Oh how I wish you can hang a company by their throat~!!
