fraud
AS I was looking over mychecking account I noticed 2 small charges made by onlingo. I know I have ordered nothing from them & have never even heard of these people. It looks like they are doing a trial run on my credit card with the 2 small charges ($1 &$5.97) before they really try to hit mt with theft! I have reported this to my bank to investigate. Imagine how very many people never notice it. The could be bilking us out of lots of money. Please, check you accounts carefully.

cannot cancel
I cannot get through on your phone line to cancel this order. I can't keep paying for this but the only way to cancel is to get a verification number. You do not answer your calls to get the number. I want to cancel this unauthorized service.

Did not order
I requested Onlingo's trial offer, but it was never received. I thought nothing of it until the following month when I noticed a charge of $79.95 made to my checking account. When I inquired, Onlingo stated I ordered their product, I told them this was impossible since I did not recieve the the original package. An Onlingo Representative stated they had a tracking number, therefore the package WAS received!
During the past two weeks I have argued with Onlingo in an effort to stop additional charges, in addition I have signed a letter stating my package was never received and fax it to them. Onlingo assured me the $79.95 would be refunded within two business days; it's been a week and I have to receive a refund!
For anyone considering doing business with this company, I say BEWARE! This company is a scam artist and excellent at finding ways to take your money without providing a product. They have also made it virtually impossible of getting your money back if you are not happy with their product.

onlingo cancel
Faulty advertisement. Website offers free trial, then a cheap subscription if trial is not cancelled. It turns out that the "cheap" subscription cost is per lesson, not for the entire series as the website implies. Also, the company can not be reached to cancel the subscription. I have a stack of unopened lessons I would like to return. I want my money back!!

Unauthorised Charges
I got cought up with Onlingo as well from the internet marketing ploys. I made a trial of their product and oredered a CD. Returned before the deadline. Made a call to them confirming if they got -Yes . I asked to cancel any future CD - "OK YES it's canceled" I said Not interested. Paid all the shipping charges about $12 total. This is where all these companies make a Quick $$ -shipping charges. Now after cancelations I get another invoice for a CD that they send me and failed to cancel it.
Once again I will incurr shipping charges for returning the pck.

Returned trial CD for learning Spanish. Credit card charged more than course was supposed to cost even. SCAM. No way to contact company by phone.

No Customer Service
I tried out onlingo because of their free trial. Sure enough, I wasn't impressed and was very glad I only had to pay for shipping back and forth and not the entire $69.95. So I sent it back with the RMA number plastered in tall permenant marker numbers on multiple sides. Imagine my surprise when I was still charged the full $69.95 a few weeks later. When I called they say they never got it back and since I didn't pay the extra to require a signature I have no proof I mailed it so they won't refund the money.
After arguing for quite awhile they still would only to agree to refund $50 since they don't have the product.
BUYER BEWARE!!
Unless you know someone who has Onlingo and you really think you'll like it or are willing to pay the extra to send it in a way they can't deny recieving DON'T try this product.
