This retailer is terrible and scores a complete ZERO on customer service; they do not get what it means to be in a customer facing industry. My item arrived 13 days after I placed the order (on a thursday). I called first thing Monday to return some of the items and they said it was past the 14 day window. Even though I received the items only three days prior. They will only give store credit and you have to pay return shipping. Clearly, they simply wait to process and mail the orders so that when it arrives, it's already past their return window. They were unsympathetic, rude and short. They could care less I received my package Thurs night, and called first thing Monday (since they're closed on weekends). So, in effect I called within one day of getting the package and they couldn't wait to hang up on me. Unbelievable.
