Issue with ONLY1 Prepaid Card.
On 1st June 2010, I purchased a “Reload It Pack” from a Safeway store. I loaded $200.00 on the “reload it card”. The receipt clearly shows the card as being activated # xxxxx 3122 on 6/1/10 14.15pm 2315 0123 6397.
Upon calling the reload it number on the back of the reload it pack, 1-888-633-9434, I found I could not relo0ad the card using the automated system. I was transferred to a Customer Service rep who tried to transfer the money to my Only1 Visa prepaid card. The Customer Service Rep was unsuccessful and advised me to return to the store where I purchased the card. Upon return to Safeway, I was informed there was no refund nor exchange and was shown a Telephone number on the wall to call. I called the number and was given a case # 16802901 and asked to fax my receipt. I subsquently faxed the receipt and was informed that Visa did have the money placed on the reload it card, therefore I had to call Reload it Customer service.
As at today 06/29/2010, I have spoken to ONLY1 PREPAID VISA practically every day with no avail. This includes supervisors by the names of Cathy, James, Lisa, Aqumarin and Manager Robert. My reference number is ITR 237275 and a new one ITR 249130. I still get the same response that they have glitch in their computer system and will call me when it is fixed. I have asked to speak to their corporate office but have been told they only communicate via email by some supervisors. Other supervisors have called their corporate office and put me on hold while they were speaking to “Corporate”.
I have heard so many excuses but have still not been credited my $200 onto my prepaid visa. I have returned to Safeway and have had no success their either.
Please can you assist me to get my money? I am a single mother who was laid off. I have not been able to pay bills because of this. My phone was shut off as well as PGE. I have4 incurred additional expenses from this situation that I cannot afford.
