Terrible Company
Do not ever deal with these people. I placed an order and never received an email confirmation of the order. I tried emailing them, and the email address they give is not real and does not work. They don't answer the phone when you call. They charged my credit card immediately after I placed my order. I filed a complaint with my credit card company and hope to get the money back that way. I suggest anyone else who has problems with this company do the same.

Poor Customer Service
I have submitted one other complaint about this company-today actually, and after my post I made yet another attempt to get in contact with them and couldn't believe the response I received. I tried an e-mail earlier (which I must admit I wasn't very nice in but it wasn't in a nasty way, I was just very forward), I still have yet to get a response; I tried calling the number they provided me several times and I keep getting a recording saying that I'm the 4th caller and that calls are being answered in the order in which they are received and the wait time is one minute. So I put my phone on speaker and continued about my business... 25 minutes later, I hung up, no answer.

So I logged onto their website again and saw that they actually had a chat representative online (which has always shown offline everytime I log in) Below is the exact conversation I had with them, it's not long but I assure you it took me 25 mintues to get this. (All operators are currently assisting others, just like their phone message--shocking---they are probably all complaining)

So to say the least 'Chad' was very unhelpful seeing as he nevered told me his findings. I can't stress enough how terrible this company is-I'm going to be filing a complaint with the BBB.

Never Received Products
On Feb. 13, 2009 I placed an order with them for a cover for my cell phone. The item was to be shipped by ground with a total cost of shipping to be $4.00 bringing my total to $14.98. If you look at their website they specifically tell you they will contact you if the item is on backorder; by March 5th I still had not received my cover and no e-mail or phone call telling me that the item was on backorder and my credit card had already been charged. So as their website suggested I sent them an e-mail to which they did respond rather quickly. Their responce is below:

"The item(s) is/are currently on backorder, expected to arrive in about 7-10 business days. However, you can take advantage of an alternate opportunity that is available in place of waiting for the original item(s) to come into stock. You can exchange any item of equal or lesser value of the original product ordered plus receive a complimentary item of equal or lesser value of $9.99 for the inconvenience of having to exchange. These items must be currently in stock. This is an exchange for the item(s) currently on back order. Please be sure to have several different selections picked out, just in case something else is on backorder.

Please feel free to call any one of our Customer Service Representatives who would be more than happy to assist you. You may reach them at (321) 207-0109 between the hours of 9:00am - 8:00p.m. (E.S.T.)

They will provide you with the information on you order and/or options that are available to you.

Today is April 2, 2009 and I still have yet to receive my products. I have tried calling the number, no one answers. And I have sent them several e-mails and have yet to receive another response since the first one.

DO NOT ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY!! Who knows when you'll receive your merchandise or if you ever will.
