My experience with OnlyPhone (thru their OnlyPre website) was not as horrible as some who apparently paid money and never got a product. I ordered a Cellet micro-USB retractable travel charger for my Pre phone. When I did not get a fairly prompt e-mail confirmation of the order, I got concerned. Did enough browsing to come across OnlyPhone as a "parent" company and then found a lot of complaints about them not shipping products etc. and not answering calls. Got more scared. Never did get an e-mail. BUT I DID get a product within 3-4 days. Just not the correct one. The one I ordered, per picture and description, was a compact wall-plug charger; the one I got was a Cellet CAR charger. It was retractable, and it does have the micro-USB connection, and it actually will be useful (I don't want to go through the apparent hassle of trying to re-order etc. though I have done it with other companies before). So as complaints go, this is a pretty mild one.
