I wish I had checked on this company prior to placing order. The order was placed in Nov.'09 and immediately charged to my credit card. After trying to contact for two weeks, I was finally able to talk to a rep without the call being dropped (?). Response...oh(2) of the items are on back order and we are waiting for them to arrive to ship all the items at one time. I requested that the items that were on hand be shipped. I finally received (2) items six weeks after my credit card was charged. Since that time I have spoken with three different people during four additional phone calls. At least these people are consistent, they all give me the same answer...the items are on back order and will be shipped next week. It has now been three months and ten days since my credit card was charged. I did not attend Harvard, but I think it is safe to say this is a scam. The items they claim are on back order...mobile phone battery and screen protector. I have now canceled the balance of the order and have been assured a credit will be forthcoming. I imagine the credit is on indefinite back order...BEWARE ONLYMYPHONE.COM / ONLY PHONE NETWORK IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY...SAVE YOURSELF SOME GRIEF AND DON'T PURCHASE FROM THEM.
