Dishonest Thugs and Criminals
This bunch of charlatans and criminals is apparently running a continuiung criminal enterprise and should be shut down after investigation bu US Postal Inspectors and Federal prosecutors.
The compnay accepts online orders, fails to acknowledge the orders, charges customer's credit cards for items ordered but NEVER ships the items paid for, never responds to customer service email inquiries, and, in essence, steals customer's money while simultaneously claiming on it's website that it's "eclectic ethnically diverse staff" offers the fastest and best service and response time in the business.
Their claims and representations are hollow and fraudulent.
You should do what I have done - file a complaint with the Florida Attorney General's Office AND with the Central Florida Better Business Bureau. Let's dop what we can to get our money back and, if appropriate, put them out of business before they harm others.
STAY AWAY FROM THESE A-HOLES.!

Ordered item. No response. Credit Card charged. Called after 2 weeks, was told item backordered. Cancelled order

Won't Accept Returned Merchandise
Purchased items, returned them within 15 day "Money Backj Gurantee" time frame. Refused to accept items back. Conviniently blew off the shipping company (UPS) to pick up the items. Now I can't go throgh Paypal because it's been past 45 days to lodge a complaint. Can't recoupe my money. They won't return e mails. I've e mailed them five times. I've called them numerous times and they conviniently disconnect me, then you have to wait another hour to speak to someone again.
Don't take it!!!
I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, The Florida Attorney general, Federal Trade Comission and the FBI.
Don't let these crooks continue to take advantage of people, report them.

Bad customer service
"It's on back order." That's all you'll hear from customer service -- After 3 weeks I finally gave up and asked for my money back only to be told that it would take 15 days (I'd used Pay Pal). Customer Service has never heard the word "service" as they are exceptionally bored and rude.
